1. Prepaid credit

Proxysterr works on prepaid wallet credit. You add credit to your account and consume it per gigabyte (GB) as you use our proxy services. Credit does not expire.

2. Unused credit

You may request a refund of your unused wallet balance within 14 days of the top-up that created it, provided the balance has not been consumed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may deduct non-recoverable payment-processing fees.

3. Consumed bandwidth

Bandwidth that has already been used is non-refundable, as it reflects a delivered service. Usage is metered and shown in your dashboard.

4. Service issues

If a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service you paid for, contact support within 14 days and we will investigate and, where appropriate, credit or refund the affected amount.

5. Fraud & abuse

Refunds may be withheld where we detect fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with your order details. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
