Last updated: July 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Proxysterr (the "Service"), operated by Sterr Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice, Refund Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. The Service

Proxysterr provides access to residential, mobile and datacenter proxy connectivity on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must not use the Service where prohibited by law.

3. Credit & billing

You add prepaid credit to your wallet and consume it per gigabyte at the rates shown at time of use. A minimum first top-up applies. Credit does not expire. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Paddle and NOWPayments); by paying you also accept their terms. Prices are shown in USD and may exclude tax where applicable.

4. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it or applicable law, without refund of consumed bandwidth.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Consumed bandwidth is non-refundable; unused credit may be refundable as described there.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we are not liable for third-party upstream outages.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts for breach of these Terms or the AUP, or where required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
